Briony is an experienced immigration lawyer at Tang Law, dealing with Australian visa, citizenship, and deportation related matters. She has extensive expertise in complex cases, including visa cancellations and refusals on character grounds, family violence special provisions, “genuine position” issues in employer-sponsored visa applications. She has a particular interest in character-related matters and humanitarian cases, where her thorough approach and commitment to her clients are evident.

Briony is proud of her pro bono work and is committed to contributing to the community as much as she can. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to her young daughter, a passionate dog lover, and an enthusiastic hot yoga practitioner.
