Benjamin Teo

Benjamin Teo is a lawyer at Tang Law, primarily practising in family law.

He completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Monash University and his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and was admitted as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2025. Before his admission, Benjamin gained valuable legal experience working at a community legal centre, where he assisted clients with a range of employment law matters.

Benjamin works closely with clients across property settlement and parenting matters, guiding them through negotiations, mediation, and court processes where required. Through this work, he has developed a strong appreciation for the personal and emotional challenges family law matters can involve, and takes care to support clients through both the legal process and what is often a difficult period in their lives.

Benjamin’s approach is client-focused, practical, and strategic. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex family law issues with clarity and confidence, and to achieving outcomes that are fair, timely, and cost-effective.
