Ww would like to give a big shout out to Pan for his exceptional service. From the time we first called Pan till the settlement Pan was always approachable, helpful and organised. Our first interaction with Pan was just to ask general questions to understand the process (we are not Perth based). Pan took time out to explain in detail and was open to take further questions though ww had not signed up yet. That impressed us and we signed and it was the best decision we made.
