Rondik was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011 and is currently registered as a Solicitor in the State of Victoria. She is a former Registered Migration Agent with significant experience.

Rondik is a graduate of Edith Cowan University, holding a Bachelor of Law and Art degree with a major in Politics and Government. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice at Murdoch University in Western Australia.

Joining the firm in January 2024, Rondik brings over 6 years of work experience as a senior migration lawyer. Her expertise extends to various visa categories, including Partner visas, General Skilled Migration Visas, Employer Sponsored visas, and Parent visas. She has handled complex migration matters such as schedule 3 issues, health waivers, revocation applications, and Ministerial Intervention applications. Rondik has also represented clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the High Court of Australia in Canberra.

Passionate about helping clients navigate through intricate matters in migration law, Rondik works closely with them to present the best possible cases to relevant government bodies. Outside of her legal work, she is a mother of three and enjoys cooking, with a specialty in desserts.
