Ra’d graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. Prior to admission, he had wide-ranging experience at a number of international and boutique law firms in Perth, primarily in the areas of immigration, dispute-resolution, commercial litigation and mining law.
At Tang Law, Ra’d provides advice and assistance on immigration law matters, particularly with employer-sponsored, skilled migration, partner and refugee visas, as well as citizenship applications. Ra’d prepares submissions and represents clients in review Tribunals in regards to their visa refusals and cancellations, including at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia. Ra’d also undertakes general commercial work, and regularly does appearances at the Magistrates and District Court of Western Australia.
